The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution and be comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision. Practice Areas Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply :

• General Civil Litigation
• Insurance Defense
• Public Entity Defense
• Government Defense
• Medical Malpractice Defense Responsibilities
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Handle all phases of discovery
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Develop case strategy and evaluate risk exposure
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
• Maintain organized case files and proactively manage deadlines Qualifications
• Active California Bar membership
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to independently manage cases with limited oversight
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
