at the Percival Creek Professional Plaza. OLG generally promotes a hybrid work environment. Remote work is liberally allowed (though not required!), and OLG will work with the new hire to balance remote and in-person work based on the individual's needs. Litigation Attorney Position The Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of litigation from evaluating a tort claim all the way through trial and appeal. This would include drafting pleadings, researching legal precedent, arguing motions, handling depositions and mediations, and much more. Types of cases include car accidents, slip and fall, use of force, defamation, employment discrimination, wrongful death, and sexual abuse, to name a few. Cases are in both Washington state and federal courts. Ideally you will have some or all the following traits: 1. Masterful writer. After all, the legal profession is 90% writing. 2. Detail oriented. For example, it bothers you to turn in work with a misspelled word or an odd sounding sentence. 3. Relational. You get along and are supportive of others, especially clients who may be in a tough situation. 4. Collaborative. You like to bounce ideas off others and respect others' contributions to your work. Ideally, you have at least 1-5 years of litigation experience and/or have completed a judicial clerkship. However, if you have no such experience, but a strong willingness to dive in deep and learn, this still may be a good position for you.

Compensation Base Salary:

$75,000-$175,000. DOE and with opportunities for raises.

Health Stipend:

$12,000/yr. ($1,000/month). Can be used to purchase health insurance on the marketplace or kept as a salary supplement. 401K retirement plan with employer provided contributions. Bonuses based on billable hours and merit. Bar dues and CLEs paid. Paid monthly firm happy hour/lunch.
