Real estate litigation experience is highly desirable , but just as important is your willingness to continue learning. What You'll Do Lead your own litigation matters from initial consultation through trial or settlement. Manage approximately 40-60 active cases, depending on complexity. Represent clients in sophisticated construction litigation matters. Handle real estate litigation involving contracts, property disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, and related claims. Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on practical, business-minded solutions. Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues. Take and defend depositions. Attend mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Appear before Colorado courts in both virtual and in-person proceedings. Collaborate with an exceptional team of attorneys and legal professionals. Build trusted client relationships through exceptional service and communication. Continue expanding your legal knowledge while helping grow the firm's reputation. What You Bring Required Active Colorado Bar license in good standing. Minimum of five years of litigation experience practicing in Colorado. Significant construction litigation experience. Strong command of Colorado civil procedure and evidence rules. Exceptional writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage litigation files from beginning to end. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality. Desire to continue learning new practice areas. No active bar investigations or pending malpractice claims. Preferred Real estate litigation experience. Business litigation experience. Trial experience.
