We are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus and relocation package. Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced Managing Attorney to join our talented team in Petaluma, CA . This role is hybrid, and the Managing Attorney must live within driving distance of our office in Petaluma, CA. We are seeking a Managing Attorney to oversee the day-to-day operations in our Petaluma office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Work from Anywhere - eligible after 6 months. To be successful in this role, the Managing Attorney will: Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Petaluma office. Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance. Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support. Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters.
