We are building a litigation department in which attorneys are expected to combine strong advocacy with exceptional organization, responsiveness, technology adoption, and accountability. This position is an opportunity to help shape that department. As the firm grows, we anticipate developing multiple litigation teams led by Litigation Managers, creating additional opportunities for senior leadership and advancement. Who Will Thrive Here This may be a strong fit if you enjoy being the attorney other lawyers come to for guidance, but you do not want your entire value measured by how many hours you personally bill. You should enjoy developing people, building systems, solving problems, making decisions, and helping a team produce consistently excellent legal work. This position will likely not be a good fit for an attorney who prefers to work independently without meaningful oversight, dislikes standardized workflows, resists legal technology, or views management responsibilities as secondary to maintaining a large personal caseload.
