About the FirmWe are a respected litigation boutique based in White Plains, New York. The firm handles sophisticated personal injury and medical malpractice matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our personal injury and medical malpractice practice.

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney with a strong track record of handling cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have substantial deposition and court appearance experience, along with medical malpractice expertise. Trial experience is a significant plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including case evaluation, investigation, discovery, and settlement negotiationsConduct and defend depositionsAppear in court for conferences, motions, and other proceedingsWork closely with clients, medical experts, and support staffContribute to trial preparation and, where applicable, trial presentationRequired Qualifications4 + years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigationDemonstrated medical malpractice experience (required)Substantial deposition experience (required)Court appearance experience (required)Admitted to practice in New YorkStrong writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the teamBenefitsHealthDentalVisionHybrid Schedule
