The Opportunity 🏛️ Our client is seeking an attorney to join their Corporate practice with an emphasis on Mergers & Acquisitions and transactional work. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with sound business and legal judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
