We have offices in Manhattan, Nassau County, Woodbridge, and Hackensack. Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts. Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity. Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
Required:
  • NY bar
  • Recent construction litigation / NY Labor Law (200, 240, 241) experience
