Well established Nassau County, NY law firm seeking full-time remote litigation associate attorney for NJ in-person court appearances and paperwork.

Description/Responsibilities:

Attorney will conduct NJ in-person and remote court appearances for conferences, motions, mediations, arbitrations and bench trials. Attorney will review and draft pleadings and other legal documents Conduct legal research Review settlement agreements, letters, motions

Requirements:

J.D. from ABA accredited law school. Lawyer admitted to and in good standing with NJ bar.
