Turner Law is seeking a full-time Probate Attorney/ Fiduciary with an active Colorado law license to join our growing team. Our firm serves as the Office of the Public Administrator for Colorado's 17th Judicial Districts and is recognized for providing exceptional representation in probate administration, probate litigation, trusts, estates, conservatorships, and fiduciary matters. Whether you are an experienced probate attorney ready to make an immediate impact or a newer attorney with a genuine passion for probate and fiduciary law, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do As a Probate Attorney, you will: Handle probate administration matters from opening through closing Represent clients in probate litigation proceedings Serve as court-appointed fiduciary for estates, trusts, conservatorships, and guardianships Advise personal representatives, trustees, conservators, and beneficiaries regarding Colorado probate law Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, and legal correspondence Appear in court hearings and mediations Maintain organized case management while handling multiple matters simultaneously Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide outstanding client service Communicate legal processes and expectations clearly and compassionately

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications Active Colorado Bar license Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and case management abilities High ethical standards and professionalism Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with probate administration Probate litigation experience Experience with trusts, estates, conservatorships, or guardianships Fiduciary or Public Administrator experience Strong interest in probate and fiduciary law Why Turner Law? Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

$110,000-$120,000 annually , based on experience

Billable Requirement:

125 hours per month We reward dedication and performance with opportunities for increased compensation as your caseload and billable production grow.
