The Position Puzzle Group is hiring a full-time paralegal. The position is fully remote; Wyoming-based candidates are encouraged to apply. The work is roughly 60% Colorado family law (divorce, custody, settlement agreements, parenting plans) and 40% Wyoming practice (family law and some criminal defense). No Wyoming experience is required; the attorney trains on Wyoming procedure. The paralegal is the firm's primary support person and runs the day-to-day of the practice: Client intake and prompt, professional client communication Calendar, deadline, and court-date management across two states Drafting and revising pleadings, correspondence, and settlement documents from attorney instructions Case file management in Clio Daily billing entry Requirements Bachelor's degree AND an ABA-approved paralegal certificate (both required) Strong, fast, accurate typing and document-production skills (tested during hiring) A careful proofreader who implements instructions completely and reviews their own work before sending it Able to work remotely with a high degree of independence and accountability Preferred Family law experience Clio experience Post-baccalaureate certificate completers and career-changers with prior professional work history are especially encouraged to apply Compensation $50,000 - $75,000 base depending on experience, plus PTO.
