full-time We are seeking an accomplished Cybersecurity, Privacy & Technology Litigation Partner to lead sophisticated litigation, investigations, and disputes involving data privacy, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and complex technology-related matters. This is a remote opportunity and it does require a portable book of business. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience advising and representing companies in high-stakes disputes while helping clients navigate rapidly evolving legal and regulatory risks associated with technology and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex litigation and investigations involving cybersecurity incidents, data privacy, and technology-related disputes. Represent clients in privacy and cybersecurity class actions, regulatory proceedings, government investigations, and commercial litigation. Advise organizations on legal risks arising from data collection, processing, sharing, retention, and security practices. Counsel clients following cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, including litigation strategy, regulatory exposure, and related disputes. Handle matters involving federal and state privacy laws, cybersecurity requirements, consumer protection laws, and emerging technology regulations. Advise on litigation and regulatory risks associated with artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated decision-making, and other emerging technologies. Develop and execute litigation strategies in high-value, high-profile, and business-critical matters. Work closely with clients' legal, compliance, privacy, security, technology, and executive teams. Collaborate with attorneys across litigation, regulatory, corporate, intellectual property, and technology practices. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the firm's cybersecurity, privacy, and technology practice. Identify new business opportunities and participate in pitches, client presentations, conferences, and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar. A portable book of business. Significant experience handling complex litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters involving privacy, cybersecurity, data, or technology. Strong understanding of U.S. privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated matters independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
