Job Description Manage an active caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre litigation through litigation. Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and drive matters toward successful resolution. Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations. Coordinate expert discovery and work closely with medical and other professional experts. Prepare cases for litigation while identifying opportunities for favorable settlement. Draft persuasive legal documents, correspondence, discovery, and motions. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the life of their cases. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently. Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials when appropriate. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license required. 1+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required. Experience handling both pre litigation and litigation matters. Hands on experience with depositions, mediations, and expert discovery. Strong legal writing, negotiation, case management, and client communication skills. Experience in a higher volume personal injury practice strongly preferred. Trial experience is a plus.
