Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and have at least 1 year of personal injury law experience representing either plaintiffs or defendants. Job Description Represent clients throughout all phases of personal injury matters. Manage and develop case strategy with guidance from experienced attorneys. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence. Take and defend depositions as experience allows. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Communicate regularly with clients and provide outstanding client service. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Oklahoma Bar license. 1+ year of personal injury law experience on either the plaintiff or defense side. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Motivated, professional, and client-focused. Litigation experience is a plus but not required. $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
