Case Management:

Oversee a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases, ensuring each case is handled effectively from inception to resolution.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates, explain medical treatments, and address any concerns they may have.

Medical Record Analysis:

Review and assess medical records to determine case value and the necessity of various treatments.

Treatment Oversight:

Coordinate and manage clients' medical treatments, including surgeries, injections, and infusions, to ensure they receive appropriate care.

Provider Coordination:

Assist clients in navigating interactions with medical providers and understanding medical procedures.

File Preparation:

Prepare and organize case files for submission to the demands department.

Team Collaboration:

Contribute positively to our team environment and foster a collaborative atmosphere within our Los Angeles office. Qualifications 2+ years of personal injury case management or litigation support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research tools (LexisNexis), and document management systems Strong organizational skills, data entry accuracy, and file management abilities Knowledge of procedural law, general and commercial litigation, and office administration Excellent proofreading, developing care coordination plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals Experience in legal support roles and ability to manage multiple case files efficiently

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
