This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial litigation attorney who enjoys litigation and wants to spend more time practicing law, not managing administrative tasks. You'll be supported by an experienced team of paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants. That means you can focus on what you do best: developing case strategy, taking depositions, appearing in court, negotiating favorable settlements, and trying cases when necessary. What You'll Do Mange Pre-Litigation Case load Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution. Develop and execute litigation strategies that maximize client outcomes. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in trial proceedings when necessary. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Work closely with paralegals, case managers, and legal staff to efficiently move cases forward. Provide exceptional client service while maintaining strong communication throughout the litigation process. Mentor and oversee litigation support staff as needed. What We're Looking For Active Texas Bar license (Required). 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience handling personal injury & commercial litigation preferred. Trial experience or litigation experience in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, or general civil litigation is highly preferred. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and case management abilities. Competitive, results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Passion for advocating for injured clients and achieving exceptional results.
Compensation Base Salary:
