Plaintiff-Side Employment Attorney — Class Action / Wage & Hour / PAGA CA | WA | NY | CO | IL | DC — Hybrid or Remote •Confidential application process• A respected plaintiff-side employment litigation firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive experience in class action, wage and hour, and/or PAGA litigation to their growing team.

IF NOT IN CA WHATEVER AREA IS ADJACENT TO PAGA LITIGATION.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to focus on impactful, high-stakes employment litigation while joining a collegial, mission-driven team known for taking on meaningful cases on behalf of workers. What they're looking for: 3+ years of experience handling class action, wage and hour, or PAGA matters (single-plaintiff discrimination or harassment experience alone does not meet this requirement) A mix of plaintiff and defense-side experience is welcome — candidates with purely defense backgrounds are less of a fit for this role Active bar license in CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, or DC (you may reside outside these states as long as you're licensed in one of them) Strong writing, litigation strategy, and case management skills

Hybrid or fully remote, depending on location Compensation up to $250K+ , depending on experience
