JD Your New Role:
Are you looking for a long-term position at a national litigation firm with opportunity for growth? This plaintiff-side employment law firm is expanding their Bozeman office, and they're searching for a Plaintiff-Side Employment Law Attorney to add to their tenured team. You'll work exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs in class action cases and employment disputes including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge matters. You'll manage your cases from start to finish - evaluating potential cases, signing new clients, developing case strategy, motions practice, attending trial, and post-trial proceedings. The Bozeman office works closely with many of the firm's national offices, so you may have the opportunity to collaborate with attorneys across the U.S. on national cases. Competitive candidates will have the litigation experience necessary to independently manage their caseload along with an adaptable and collaborative workstyle. Attorneys are trusted to manage their time and caseload effectively.
