Plaintiff's Catastrophic Injury Attorney Location:
Dallas, TX | Hybrid Opportunity I am working directly with leadership at a well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm that is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Catastrophic Injury Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is focused on complex personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and high-exposure liability matters. The firm provides a highly structured support system that allows attorneys to focus on litigation strategy, client advocacy, case development, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation. This is a strong opportunity for a Plaintiff's Catastrophic Injury Attorney who wants meaningful litigation responsibility, sophisticated plaintiff-side case work, and long-term growth within a well-resourced litigation environment. Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with a generous performance-based bonus structure. What We Need 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff's Catastrophic Injury Attorney or in a similar plaintiff-side litigation role handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and/or complex litigation matters preferred Experience managing cases from lawsuit filing through resolution, with a focus on active litigation Courtroom experience, including arguing hearings and handling key litigation events Experience taking and defending expert depositions, including medical experts, economists, liability experts, and industry specialists Strong understanding of liability issues involving catastrophic injury claims, commercial defendants, and multi-party litigation Ability to manage a litigation docket, typically 30-55 cases depending on complexity Comfort working in a structured, metrics-driven environment with accountability Demonstrated stability in work history and ability to operate within a team-based system Trial experience or meaningful second-chair experience strongly preferred Experience handling high-exposure injury matters is highly valued Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required What You'll Get Competitive compensation based on experience Generous performance-based bonus structure Hybrid schedule Highly structured support system, including litigation assistants, scheduling paralegals, and litigation paralegals handling substantive drafting Dedicated trial support, including second-chair support, IT support, and case-specific technical resources Access to internal medical teams, client support services, and specialized litigation resources Opportunity to work as a Plaintiff's Catastrophic Injury Attorney focused on high-value catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases One-year structured training program with ongoing professional development Clear path to leadership, including managing attorney opportunities and team oversight Professional, organized, and collaborative team environment Qualified Plaintiff's Catastrophic Injury Attorney candidates are encouraged to contact me directly by phone/text at (605) 403-5177 or by email at Brian.
