Practice Focus ~90% Wage & Hour Class Actions / PAGA ~10% Individual Employment Matters (e.g., wrongful termination, FEHA claims) Additional exposure to consumer class actions Responsibilities Support and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Participate in class action and PAGA litigation strategy Conduct legal research and case analysis Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams Engage in client communication and case development Qualifications 1-7 years of litigation experience (employment law strongly preferred) Experience with wage & hour or PAGA matters is highly desirable Open to candidates from plaintiff or defense backgrounds Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to learn ("hungry" mindset) Active admission to the California State Bar Culture & Work Environment Collegial, professional, and supportive team Strong emphasis on mentorship and development Direct access to partners and leadership 9-5 culture respected with no expectation of weekend work Family-friendly environment Opportunity to gain full-cycle litigation experience Office Details Located in South Bay with a strong local reputation Primarily in-office, with hybrid flexibility over time Free parking provided All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
