Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking greater flexibility and earning potential. The successful candidate will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions, advise clients throughout the closing process, and develop lasting relationships with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and referral sources. Responsibilities Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Review and draft purchase and sale agreements, review settlement statements, and title documents. Conduct and oversee real estate closings. Resolve title issues and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and real estate agents. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a seamless closing experience. Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners. Assist with business development initiatives and community networking. Estate plans Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed Massachusetts attorney with 5+ years of real estate transaction experience. Existing referral network is preferred. Strong client service and business development skills. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Compensation We offer flexible compensation packages tailored to the candidate's experience and business goals. Option 1 - Salary + Performance Bonus Competitive annual salary based on experience. Performance bonuses tied to production, client development, and firm goals. Opportunity for annual compensation reviews and advancement. Option 2 - Commission / Production-Based Percentage of attorney-generated legal fees. Higher earning potential for attorneys with an established referral network. Administrative, marketing, and operational support provided by the firm.
