Job Description

Hanson Bridgett's Real Estate Transactional Practice Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our Real Estate + Environment Section. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated lender-side transactions in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactions on the lender side, with strong proficiency in complex debt and equity financing structures, purchase and sale transaction documentation, securitized lending, due diligence, title and survey review, and commercial leasing. HUD experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple deals simultaneously and will have the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned partner, mentor junior associates, and enjoy a clear path for advancement. While we offer the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner, this position will be expected to work alongside attorneys in any of our Hanson Bridgett offices (Los Angeles preferred). The annual base compensation range for this California position is approximately $255,000 to $325,000, depending on years of experience and professional skills required for the role. This position is ideal for senior associates or counsel-level attorneys, and partnership opportunities may be available for exceptional candidates.
