The successful candidate will manage a busy litigation caseload from intake through resolution, develop defense strategies, handle discovery and motion practice, participate in depositions and trials as needed, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires sound legal judgment, excellent advocacy, and the ability to collaborate with claims teams and outside experts to achieve favorable outcomes while controlling exposure and costs. -We are open to partner level candidates with a book of business or small groups with portable business.
