Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney - Novato / Bay Area, California - Remote! Established more than two decades ago, our firm is a full-service corporate law practice that has grown to include a team of more than 35 experienced attorneys. We advise and represent a diverse client base that includes both U.S.-based and international companies, investors, and institutions. Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.
