Job Description
Marshall Presley & Pipal, PLLC is a transactional and litigation law firm with a statewide presence in construction law, business law, and insurance defense. The firm represents clients ranging from small businesses to publicly traded companies. The firm's primary office is located in Southlake, Texas, but employees may have the option to work remotely (from anywhere in Texas--or beyond). Deposition, law and motion practice, and trial/arbitration experience are preferred. Construction law experience is preferred but not required. The firm offers a friendly and supportive environment with ample opportunity for professional growth and advancement, including developing additional practice areas, partnership, and profit sharing. Salary commensurate with experience. Additionally, the firm provides medical, PTO, 401(k) with employer contribution, CLE and bar dues, and additional bonus opportunities
