MONM Division General Counsel __ The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic legal advice and uphold the highest standards of integrity within ABB. Qualifications for the role:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission and minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with substantial exposure to international legal, commercial, and regulatory matters Expertise in contract law and negotiation, including EPC/project contracts, distribution agreements, government contracting, intellectual property, and digital law (SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, data privacy). Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, assess risk, and deliver practical solutions in complex environments. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with experience in cross-country, multicultural settings and capacity to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work independently while contributing to strategic legal initiatives and compliance frameworks. Generalist with ability to juggle multiple priorities including project work i.e. EPC, across BA / Division / Support in various assignments as needed. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about us:
