Job Description
About the Opportunity We are seeking a talented Trust & Estates Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join a well-established legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to continue developing their practice in a sophisticated trusts and estates environment while working alongside experienced attorneys and professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with clients on complex estate planning and administration matters. Key Responsibilities Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Assist clients with trust and estate administration Advise on estate, gift, and related tax matters Assist with probate and fiduciary matters as needed Work closely with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors Conduct legal research and provide thoughtful, practical guidance Manage multiple matters while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail Qualifications 3-6 years of experience practicing in Trusts & Estates Active Florida Bar license and in good standing Strong experience with estate planning, trusts, and estate administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team LL.M. in Taxation or a related field preferred, but not required Work Environment This is a hybrid opportunity with one remote day per week , offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative, in-office environment.
