Job Description

We are looking for a Family Law Attorney to
  • REMOTELY
  • support legal matters involving family law proceedings for our client based in Purchase, New York.
This opportunity is well suited for a licensed attorney with at least 1-3 years of experience handling contested matters, preparing legal filings, and managing discovery activities. The role offers the chance to work across civil and family-related cases that may involve custody, support, and overlapping criminal issues while contributing strong advocacy and case management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare motions, legal briefs, pleadings, and other case documents with careful attention to procedural and substantive requirements.
  • Manage discovery by drafting requests, reviewing responses, organizing evidence, and identifying key factual issues.
  • Advising for court proceedings, mediation sessions, and investigative matters involving civil and family law disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and apply relevant statutes, case law, and court rules to support case strategy.
  • Handle matters involving family law concerns such as custody, support, and related disputes that may intersect with criminal allegations.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders to move cases forward effectively.
  • Assess case developments, advise on legal options, and contribute to negotiation and resolution strategies when appropriate.
