Job Description
Ravosa Law Offices, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy and growing Natick, Massachusetts office. This is a temporary hybrid position created to provide coverage during an attorney leave of absence. The position may be extended or converted to a permanent position if business needs and available opportunities permit. The successful candidate will primarily handle consumer and small business bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases, as well as Adversary Proceedings, under the supervision of the firm's Managing Attorney. Responsibilities include client consultations, case preparation, court appearances, motion practice, negotiations with creditors and trustees, and related legal research and writing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment while developing a sophisticated bankruptcy practice.
Qualifications:
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Bankruptcy experience preferred, but candidates with strong litigation or civil practice backgrounds who are interested in bankruptcy law are encouraged to apply. Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload while providing exceptional client service. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
