Assist with responses to consumer protection complaints, demand letters, regulatory inquiries, and other escalated matters. Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution Manage individual arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters. Draft arbitration demands, answers, jurisdictional objections, motions, settlement communications, and supporting submissions. Represent the company in arbitration proceedings, mediations, settlement conferences, and other dispute-resolution forums. Evaluate arbitration trends and recommend operational or contractual changes to reduce future exposure. Commercial & Contract Matters Review and provide litigation-related guidance regarding parking management agreements, property agreements, vendor contracts, technology agreements, and enforcement-related contracts. Handle or assist with breach-of-contract disputes and commercial claims. Interpret contractual provisions involving enforcement authority, indemnification, liability, collections, dispute resolution, arbitration, and allocation of responsibility.
