The Opportunity 🏛️ Our client is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their busy practice, working with a high net-worth client base on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters. What You'll Do Draft estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts Handle probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients Prepare or assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and gift tax returns Advise high net-worth clients on complex estate planning strategies Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters Qualifications 📋 5+ years of experience working with high net-worth clients Experience drafting estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts Experience in probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients Experience preparing or assisting with estate tax and gift tax returns Superior writing skills required Admission to the New Hampshire Bar required Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Vermont Bar(s) a plus What's Offered ✨ Formal bonus program for associates Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work schedule flexibility A collegial, service-driven culture with deep community ties Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
