• Position Overview
  We are seeking an experienced Workers Comp Attorney to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of workers' compensation claims, providing expert legal guidance and representation to clients in defense matters. The position requires a strong understanding of litigation processes and the ability to navigate complex legal issues in workers' compensation law. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and litigation

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations

Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Conduct legal research and analysis of workers' compensation laws and regulations

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Attend hearings and trials in court

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies

Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation law, with a focus on defense

Strong litigation skills and experience in courtroom procedures

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
