Join MGC's Workers' Compensation Team in Jackson, MS! MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states. We are seeking attorneys to join our Workers' Compensation team in Jackson. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of practice experience. Our associates are given hands on experience and direct client contact. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in Mississippi or have pending Mississippi bar exam results.

Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
