Location :
California Resident (100% remote / hybrid / in-office flexibility; must reside in California & be willing to travel throughout state)Salary Range :

Desired Qualifications:
3 to 15 years of experience and strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active California Bar license Experience representing a variety of clients, including large corporations and small businesses Trial experience in workers' compensation cases Experience with case management platforms such as MerusCase- This Is Not Open to Headhunters, Third-Party Recruiters, or Staffing Agencies
