Job Description
General Litigation Attorney - Charleston, SC A respected law firm is seeking a General Litigation Attorney to join its Charleston-area team. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who enjoys litigation, wants meaningful responsibility, and is looking to grow with an established and collaborative practice.
Ideal Background:
3+ years of civil/general litigation experience preferred Experience handling pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and mediations Trial experience is a plus Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases and deadlines with limited supervision Excellent client-service and communication skills South Carolina Bar admission preferred/required based on positionWhy Consider This Opportunity:
