Associate Attorney:

Manage first-party property insurance matters from pre-suit through litigation and resolution Evaluate incoming claims and help determine case viability, strategy, and value Communicate directly with clients throughout the life of each matter Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and other litigation documents Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy Take and defend depositions as experience allows Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and settlement negotiations Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel Work with adjusters, engineers, experts, and other professionals involved in property claims Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and client communications in a remote environment Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff Build deeper expertise in plaintiff-side insurance litigation while taking on increasing case responsibility Must-Haves as the

Associate Attorney:

J.D. from an accredited law school Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing Approximately 2+ years of substantive civil litigation experience Hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, negotiations, or similar litigation work Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to independently manage deadlines and competing priorities Strong client communication skills High attention to detail Comfort working in a fully remote, technology-forward practice Interest in developing deeper expertise in insurance litigation Nice-to-Haves as the

This Role Offers:
