This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with real estate closing experience to join a well-established law firm. In this role you would manage the front desk and collaborate closely with the managing attorney in preparing and reviewing legal documents to conduct real estate closings. This position is full time (8:30am to 5:00pm) and is onsite at one of the following firm offices: Charleston, SC Mauldin, SC Goose Creek, SC Mount Pleasant, SC North Charleston, SC Summerville, SC
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions in the office, including residential and commercial sales and refinances Review titles and work with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions Review disbursement ledger and sign checks Draft and/or review loan documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements Deliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may have Conduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of real estate law
REQUIREMENTS
Residential real estate experience preferred - will train the right candidate
South Carolina State Bar Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
