This is a leading legal firm specializing in bankruptcy filings and a broad spectrum of legal services. The firm is committed to delivering top-tier legal counsel to our clients with integrity and professionalism related to consumer bankruptcy cases. Responsibilities Review and execute legal documents related to bankruptcy filings and other legal processes. Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate documentation. Manage case files and maintain detailed records. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Provide legal guidance during the signing process. Assist in preparing for court appearances when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firms standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Valid license to practice law in the state of South Carolina. Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and legal documentation pursuant to Title 11. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with legal tools such as Best Case, CM/ECF PACER. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
