Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney - PlaintiffPosition OverviewThe attorney will manage a plaintiff-side caseload from initial intake through settlement, hearing, or trial. The role involves developing case strategy, advocating for clients, negotiating with opposing parties and insurers, and working closely with case managers and support staff.
Primary ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Docket Management:
Independently manage a robust caseload of plaintiff personal injury and workers' compensation matters from initial client intake through trial or final settlement.
Case Strategy & Discovery:
Investigate accident claims, evaluate liability and damages, draft comprehensive pleadings/motions, and build compelling legal arguments.
Advocacy & Negotiation:
Conduct and defend depositions, negotiate directly with insurance carriers and defense counsel, and represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
Client Engagement:
Maintain clear, proactive, and compassionate communication, keeping clients informed and confident throughout each stage of their case.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with a dedicated group of experienced case managers and legal assistants to streamline case progression and optimize client outcomes.
Professional Mastery:
Stay thoroughly versed in evolving South Carolina personal injury and workers' compensation statutes, administrative rules, and case law.
