Our Client is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff)Position OverviewThe attorney will manage a plaintiff-side caseload from initial intake through settlement, hearing, or trial. The role involves developing case strategy, advocating for clients, negotiating with opposing parties and insurers, and working closely with case managers and support staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle personal injury and/or workers' compensation matters through all stages of litigation and resolutionInvestigate claims, evaluate liability and damages, and build effective legal strategiesPrepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand packages, and other legal documentsTake and defend depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings or trialMaintain consistent, compassionate communication with clients throughout the legal processCollaborate with legal support staff to move matters efficiently and deliver a high-quality client experienceRemain current on relevant South Carolina personal injury and workers' compensation lawsQualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the South Carolina BarAt least 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury and/or workers' compensation experienceDemonstrated ability to independently manage an active caseloadStrong legal writing, research, negotiation, and litigation skillsExcellent judgment, client-service orientation, and communication abilities
