Job Description
A well-established, fast-paced law firm is seeking a motivated attorney with approximately 2-5 years of experience to join its growing transactional practice. This position offers substantial client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters in a collaborative, supportive environment. Practice Areas The firm's transactional practice focuses primarily on: Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration Business Formation, Governance, and Transactions Real Estate Transactions Commercial Contracts and General Business Counseling The ideal candidate is comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and professional staff. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, practical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to outstanding client service are essential.
