We are seeking a 5+ years experienced Lawyer to manage renewable energy and infrastructure transactions, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution. Job Overview We are seeking a 5+ years experienced Lawyer to manage renewable energy and infrastructure transactions, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution. Roles and Responsibilities Lead end to end tax credit transfer financings and sales, including underwriting, term sheet and definitive document negotiations, approvals, and closings. Oversee complex financial models for valuation, return analysis, forecasting, sensitivities, and lender or investor cases while ensuring accurate and bankable assumptions. Lead due diligence and transaction execution by reviewing data rooms, project documentation, transaction terms, and risks while coordinating with internal teams and external advisors. Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts, establish standards for modeling and execution, and build relationships with investors, developers, advisors, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Support company strategy, resource allocation, Railroad and Advisory teams, senior leadership reporting, marketing materials, business development, and continuous improvement of processes, models, and tools. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in law, corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, commercial banking, private equity, or renewable energy development, with commercial transactions experience. JD and Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. Advanced Excel financial modeling expertise, including forecasting, valuation, scenario analysis, and development of dynamic, scalable models. Experience negotiating and processing transactions in a law firm, private practice, investment banking, or related transactional environment. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and decision making skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across teams.
