Personal Injury Litigation Attorney My client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their growing plaintiff-side practice in Nashville, Tennessee. This attorney will primarily handle motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases in litigation, with a focus on case management, client representation, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution, including trial preparation and trial. Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, memoranda, demands, and other litigation documents. Guide plaintiff clients through the litigation process and provide consistent communication and case updates. Work with expert witnesses, including coordinating conferences and assisting with expert reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trials. Manage a high-volume litigation caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and client service. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Nashville Tennessee Bar. Ideally 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Auto Liability, or Motor Vehicle Accident litigation. Strong ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload. Excellent written, verbal, client service, and communication skills. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy abilities.
