Our Practice. The attorneys in our Trusts & Estates Practice Group are highly regarded for their expertise in all aspects of estate planning and administration. Since estate planning involves much more than preparing tax-efficient wills and trust agreements, our trusts and estates attorneys regularly provide advice to clients on a broad range of both tax and non-tax issues, including family-owned and closely held business planning, asset protection, special needs planning and general family planning. Our clients include multi-generational families, executives at Fortune 500 companies, large privately-held family businesses, entertainers, athletes and entrepreneurs. We also represent numerous nonprofit organizations, including public charities and private foundations, with technical organizational and tax planning. Join us . Our Trusts & Estates practice group is seeking attorneys interested in an alternative-track role based in our Nashville office. Attorneys who join our practice will participate in sophisticated estate planning and administration work, have access to traditional professional development and training opportunities, while enjoying a reduced billable hours target. We are seeking qualified candidates with two (2) to six (6) years of estate and tax planning and/or estate administration experience for our Nashville office. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing required. For consideration, please submit resume and law transcript.
