Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Appearance Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the legal representative at court hearings, ensuring proper courtroom procedures and advocating on behalf of clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, utilizing your legal expertise across various practice areas including litigation, employment law, family law, and more. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional courtroom representation. Responsibilities Cover short procedural hearings for client firms Represent clients professionally and arrive on time Submit a hearing report within 24 hours Communicate clearly with the hiring attorney Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions Licensed attorney in good standing with your state bar Clear background check (financial-crimes review, run during signup) Reliable transportation to local courthouses Join us at Docketly to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, professionalism, and excellence in courtroom advocacy.
