• Depending on Experience The Bernsen Law Firm is hiring an associate attorney to assist on all types of personal injury cases.

General job responsibilities will include:

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence
• Drafting motions, and responses
• Working with clients responding to discovery and preparing for depositions
• Taking depositions
• Attending mediations
• Attending hearings
• Trial assistance, and
• Managing smaller cases Job requirements: Doctor of Jurisprudence Licensed to practice in Texas 5+ years of work experience
