Job Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Drafting correspondence. Motion practice, including attendance at hearings. Taking depositions. Efile/Eserve legal documents and discovery. Communicate and respond to clients' questions and concerns in a timely manner. Maintaining hard and electronic files for each client.

Job Requirements:

Doctor of Jurisprudence Licensed and Eligible to Practice in Texas; additional states are a plus. 1-4 years of work experience Willingness to
