Personal Injury Intake Specialist

We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional client service and strong advocacy. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new clients and to help guide them through the early stages of their case.

Position Overview:

The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in client onboarding and case setup. This position involves communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, as well as ensuring that all new cases are properly opened and managed from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant case information Open insurance claims and communicate with insurance adjusters Prepare and send Letters of Representation to insurance companies Assist clients in scheduling and coordinating medical treatment Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their treatment and case status Track and follow up on medical treatment and provider updates Maintain accurate and organized case files Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a personal injury law firm preferred Experience with case management systems (e.g., Clio, Filevine, SmartAdvocate) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and client-focused Must speak
