Fast paced Plaintiff law firm specializing in first party insurance claims (property damage - Hurricane, hail storms, windstorms, tornadoes, etc.) and some personal injury and business disputes. Minimum 3 years' attorney experience. Must have strong ability to research, draft motions, pleadings, take depositions, etc. Anyone with insurance claims or adjusting background or prior first party insurance claim experience is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. Trial experience a plus. Salary compensation based on experience. Opportunity for performance bonuses. Work will primarily be at the Galveston office, however, attorney must have flexibility for travel (depositions, hearings, etc.) as the firm handles cases state/nationwide. Work schedule is primarily Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with some exceptions depending on the needs of the firm. Must have the ability to independently manage schedule, tasks and assigned case docket. Must be proficient in Dropbox, Excel, PowerPoint, ProDoc, E-Filing, PACER etc.
