Job Description
Business Litigation Attorney - Corporate Law, Energy & Natural Resources, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Immigration Services, IP, L&EPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in complex business disputes, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate law and excellent litigation skills, with a focus on business development and client relations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in business litigation cases, including trials and arbitration proceedings.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements pertaining to business transactions.
Develop and implement legal strategies to effectively resolve disputes and achieve client objectives.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients in various business matters.
Advise clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations in corporate and commercial transactions.
Support business development efforts by establishing and maintaining client relationships.
QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business litigation and corporate law.
Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and negotiations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
